Day 01 Arrival at Delhi
Welcome to the land of Delhi, India on the first day of Colourful Rajasthan
Tour. Upon arrival at international airport in New Delhi, India, Travel Force India
representative accords you a warm traditional welcome with flower garlands.
Then you will be escorted to the well-maintained and prestigious hotel designated
for. Welcome dinner will be organized at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Delhi: - The bustling city of Delhi is the political capital
of India. Delhi is considered as the initiating point for many tourist places
in India. Delhi is one of major tourist destinations of India. It is the
city where one can observe unique blend of past and present. Entire Delhi
is dotted with many picturesque places of interest, magnificent monuments,
and beautiful parks and gardens. The city of Delhi has been the principal
reign of Mughal Empire. Delhi has been ruled by many dynasties followed
by the British rule.
Day 02 Delhi - Jaipur : By Road (270 Kms/5 hr)
On day 02 of your Colourful Rajasthan Tour, have a relaxed morning breakfast
at the hotel. Later set off for Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan, India,
also known as the Pink City. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be met Travel Force India
representative and transferred to the designated hotel. Relax for some hours
at the hotel and then set off for sightseeing of the city. Visit to the
famous Hindu sight the Birla Temple and participate in the evening Aarti
ceremony. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Jaipur: - Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan, India and
famous for its magnificent monuments, forts and palaces, Craft items and
many more. Jaipur is also popularly known as the pink city.
Day 03 Jaipur Sightseeing
Have a relaxed morning breakfast at the hotel and proceed for an excursion
to Amber Fort on day 03 of your Colourful Rajasthan Tour. Enjoy elephant
ride to the fort.
Amber Fort Palace - Amber Fort Palace is an architecturally
beautiful structure. It is a fine example of blend of Mughal and Hindu architecture.
The construction of Amber Fort was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed
by his descendent Jai Singh I.
After exploring the Amber Fort Palace, proceed to sightseeing of Jaipur.
Some major attractions of Jaipur are following
City Palace - City Palace complex is a superb example of
Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture. There are many beautiful
buildings inside the palace complex such as Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal,
and Badal Mahal etc. It houses also Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City
Palace Museum.
Jantar Mantar - One of the major tourist attractions in
the pink city - Jaipur is Jantar Mantar. Jantar Mantar is the largest observatory
which is built by Maharaja Jai Singh II.
Hawa Mahal - Built in 1799 by Maharaja Pratap Singh the
Hawa Mahal also known as "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in the
pink city - Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ornamental façade of Hawa Mahal
is very beautiful. Hawa Mahal is a five-storey structure of sandstone plastered
pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and sophisticated galleries. This unique
palace has 953 niches and windows.
After exploring these attractions return to the hotel. Spend rest of the
day at the hotel or you can also spend rest of the day in shopping or your
own independent activities. It is said that Rajasthan is shopper's paradise.
And Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan prove this proverb. Shopping in Jaipur
is superb and totally unique experience.
One can buy here gold and silver jewellery, blue potteries, fabrics, paintings,
handicrafts, silk, sarees, wooden handicrafts and furniture, carpets and
many more. After shopping, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay
will be at the hotel.
Day 04 Jaipur - Pushkar - Udaipur: By Road (342 Km/3 + 4 hr)
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Pushkar. After arrival in
Pushkar, Travel Force India representative will assist you in sightseeing of Pushkar.
Pushkar is famous for its religious significance and fairs & festivals.
At Pushkar, visit the Brahma Temple, local markets, holy lakes and Ghats.
Continue your drive to the City of Dawn - Udaipur. Upon arrival in Udaipur,
Travel Force India representative will assist you to transfer you to the designated
hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will
be at the hotel.
Udaipur - One of the most romantic cities in India, Udaipur
- the city of lakes is a lovely land around the blue lake. This picturesque
city is encircled by the lush green hills of Aravallis. The city of dawn,
Udaipur is famous for its picturesque sights, lovely lakes and architecturally
beautiful structures.
Day 05 Udaipur Sightseeing
Enjoy a very hearty breakfast at the hotel on the beginning of day 05 of
your Colourful Rajasthan Tour. Then embark on sightseeing of the city of
dawn - Udaipur. Visit at City Palace. Here you will marvel at rooms with
mirrored walls and ivory doors, colored glass windows and inlaid marble
balconies and the Peacock Courtyard. Also visit the lovely Sahelion-ki-Bari
Gardens, the Jagdish Temple and the local folk Museum. Then proceed to visit
the Jag Mandir Palace - the other island palace in the middle of the lake.
Spend some time at the Jag Mandir Palace. Also enjoy the boat ride in lake.
Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Udaipur,
Rajasthan, India.
Day 06 Udaipur - Ranakpur - Luni (By Road260 km/6 hr)
Enjoy healthy breakfast at the hotel on the beginning of day 06 of your
Colourful Rajasthan Tour. Proceed to drive to Luni. Luni is a beautiful
place just before the Jodhpur. En route, visit Ranakpur. Here you will see
15th century old temples. Ranakpur temples include Jain Temples and the
temple of the Sun God. Continue your drive to Luni and upon arrival at Luni,
Travel Force India representative gives you a royal welcome. Enjoy the safari of the
village and in the evening enjoy the cultural program. Dinner and overnight
stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07 Luni - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer (By Road360 km/1 + 6 hr)
Enjoy healthy breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Jodhpur. Set on the
edge of the vast Thar Desert, the majestic city of Jodhpur famous for its
15th century massive Mehrangarh Fort. Jodhpur was once the capital
of the Marwar state. This city was founded by Rao Jodha Ji in 1459 AD.
Embark on sightseeing of Jodhpur. Visit to the massive Mehrangarh Fort,
rising up a hilly scarp. This massive structure was built on the advice
of a hermit. Here you will see different miniature paintings and cradle
room. Again visit to the Jaswant Thada Memorial. Also visit to the grand
Umaid Bhavan Palace. Enjoy a lavish lunch and drive to Jaisalmer, the golden
city of India. Rising from the heart of the Thar Desert like a golden mirage,
the city of Jaisalmer has interesting legend associated with it. Upon arrival
in Jaisalmer, Travel Force India representative will assist you to transfer
you to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel at Jaisalmer,
Rajasthan, India.
Day 08 Jaisalmer
Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel and embark on full day sightseeing
tour of the Golden City - Jaisalmer. The city of Jaisalmer is situated in
the heart of the Great Indian Desert. The city is famous for its forts and
palaces built of yellow stone. Visit to the grand Jaisalmer Fort - the oldest
living fort in the world. Also see the Patwon ki Havelis, Salim Sing Ki
Haveli and Gandhi Sagar Tank. Also visit Barabagh Hill. In the afternoon,
proceed to the Sam Sand Dunes for visiting the typical Rajasthani Desert
Villages. View the sunset from the dunes, as the sky is set on fire. Return
to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 09 Jaisalmer to Bikaner (By Road 330 km/5 hr)
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and head for the Camel City - Bikaner.
Bikaner is one of the most celebrated cities in the state of Rajasthan,
India. The city is famous for its old-age charm that has been preserved
in its grand heritage forts and palaces. Bikaner is the royal fortified
city with a timeless appeal. The city is dotted with many sand dunes. The
city is popularly called the camel country or the camel city. The city is
famous for its camel breeding farm and best riding camels in the world.
Some major attractions of the city are the Junagarh Fort, the Lallgarh Palace,
Sir Ganga Singh Golden Jubilee Museum, Sir Ganga Singh Public Park &
Zoo, Ratan Bharti Temple Park. The camel city - Bikaner is also famous for
its handspun clothes, exotic handicrafts, gems and jewellery. Upon arrival
in Bikaner, Travel Force India representative will assist you to transfer
you to the hotel. Later embark on sightseeing tours of the camel country
- Bikaner. Relax in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the
hotel in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
Day 10 Bikaner - Samode: By Road (200 km/5 hr)
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and head for the sightseeing tours
of Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. Visit the Junagarh Fort, Lallgarh Palace,
Camel breeding farm (the only one in Asia). Also visit the Karni Mata Temple.
Later drive to Samode, Rajasthan, India. Upon arrival at Samode, Rajasthan,
Travel Force India representative will assist you to transfer
you to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 11 Samode - Delhi: By Road (240 km/5 hr)
After a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, embark on the sightseeing tours
of the royal village of Samode, Rajasthan, India. Visit to the Samode Palace
and the Durbar Hall. Take a walk of the Rajasthani village or take a camel
cart ride. Have a lavish lunch at Samode Palace. Later proceed to Delhi
and reach in Delhi by evening. Upon arrival in Delhi, Travel Force India representative
will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay
will be at the hotel.
Day 12 Delhi - Home:
Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel and embark on sightseeing tours of
Old & New Delhi.
OLD DELHI - The major attractions of Old Delhi are Raj
Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated; Jama Masjid
- the largest mosque in India and the Red Fort - once the most opulent fort
and palace of Mughal Empire. Enjoy cycle rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid
to Chadni Chowk.
NEW DELHI - The sightseeing of New Delhi include a visit
to the Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, the imposing war memorial India
Gate, the Parliament House, the President House and a drive along the Rajpath.
Also enjoy shopping at modern shopping malls. After a farewell dinner, Travel Force India representative will assist you to transfer you to the
International Airport, Delhi to catch flight for your home destination.
Return to your home destination with sweet memories of India.
